Terms and Conditions ( Following The Government Rules)
- Post Processing (Editing & Final Delivery)
Photos & Video: After the event is completed, the client can collect all RAW (Un-edited) photos within 5 working days. Client can collect edited photos (Based on packages) within 30-35 working days (For Single Event). If the client has more than 1 Event, 15 days will be added to each event. This delivery time will count from the client’s selection given date. After the final edited file is collected, the client must select photos for printing within 15 days. After 15 days, we will consider it as canceled or the client has to pay printing charges. Bridal Visuals team will edit all unique & usable photos. (If for any reason a faster delivery is required, please mention it in the booking form.) Note: December, January, February, and March are wedding seasons, so deliveries may be delayed during those months. We will use our watermark on edited photos.
Refund: If for any reason the file is accidentally corrupted or lost before delivery and cannot be recovered, then the amount equivalent to the package purchased from Bridal Visuals will be refunded along with a free pre-wedding or post-wedding package (this is applicable within 3 months of the end of the event).
- Product Returns: Since this is a service organization, product returns are not accepted.
- A minimum advance of 1000৳ & (10%) is required for booking (Non-Refundable).
- The rest of the payment must be paid at the event date within 2 hours from the event starting. There is no option to delay this payment. If the client delays his payment, then all editing and delivery processes will be held until the outstanding payment is cleared.
- Re-Editing: If the client didn’t like our photo edit or video editing, then the client can re-edit just for a single time. But the client must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date. (Any type of re-editing may take up to 40-60 Working days.)
- In case of song selection, you must inform us before starting the edit. You cannot change the song after the edit.
- After completing the edit, a message/call will be made. The files must be delivered within 7 days of receiving the message/call.
- In case of Drive, you must download the files within 7 days of delivery. The files will be deleted from the drive after 7 days.
- For file backup, use PC/laptop/pen drive/hard disk/your own Google Drive etc. Because we will not have any copy of the file after 7 days of delivery.
- Files are deleted on the 7th day of delivery, so re-editing is not possible. Therefore, if any re-editing is required within 7 days of receiving the delivery, you must inform us.
- After-sales service: ★ We give 15% discount on any booking to previous service recipients.
★For the convenience of customers, files (valid for 15 days) are provided on Drive, no charge is made for this. - Bride & Groom must be Present at the Venue on time.
- A minimum of one hour must be required for the Portrait Photography season.
- Please, Gust Not Allowed During The Portrait Season with Chief Photographer Saiful islam & Our lead Photographer.
- Less Highlight and a soft Natural Makeover is required
- Clint must complete their event on time; otherwise, an extra payment will be added to the package price * 20% per hour.
- Sound Box and light Setup must be turned off during the Portrait Season.
Event Timing
Days Shift (12.30 PM-5.30 PM) & Evening Shift (7 PM-12.00 PM)
If the client needs more time (depending on availability), we can provide it, but extra shift charges & door-to-door safe transportation will apply at that time.
For Saiful Islam, the extra 1-hour charge is 8,000 Taka.
- We don’t use a guest’s Phone to take Photos of them.
- After 11 pm, Clint will bear the transport cost.
- At Bridal Visuals, we may use your photos and videos for our portfolio. If you prefer that we do not share your content, please let us know via the ‘Opt-Out’ section on our booking form. * We Must Follow Our rules during the Event. Please Note Our terms and conditions properly. Thank you.
