(Effective from January 2026 | Subject to Government Rules)
1. Booking & Payment Policy
Advance Payment: A minimum advance of 1,000 BDT & 10% of the total package is required to confirm the booking (Non-Refundable).
Due Payment: The remaining payment must be cleared on the event date, within 2 hours of the event starting. There is no option to delay this payment.
Late Payment Consequence: If the client delays the payment, all post-processing, editing, and delivery processes will be put on hold until the outstanding amount is fully cleared.
Package Selection & Event Details: Clients must select a package that perfectly aligns with their event type and specific requirements, and provide accurate event details during booking. If detailed requirements are not shared beforehand, our team will strictly provide services and deliverables as outlined in the selected package.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: If the event date is postponed or changed by the client, we will try to accommodate the new date subject to our team’s availability. However, if the event is entirely canceled, the advance payment will remain non-refundable.
2. Event Timing & Shift Charges
Standard Shifts: Day Shift (12:30 PM – 5:30 PM) & Evening Shift (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
Time Management: Clients must complete their event within the scheduled time. Otherwise, an extra charge of 20% of the package price per hour will be added.
Extra Time: If the client needs more time (depending on availability), extra shift charges and door-to-door safe transportation costs will apply.
Lead Photographer: For Saiful Islam, the extra 1-hour charge is 8,000 BDT.
Late Night Transport: For events continuing after 11:00 PM, the client will bear the transportation cost for the team.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of extreme weather, political strikes, severe traffic disruptions, or any unavoidable emergencies, Bridal Visuals prioritizes team safety and will not be held legally liable for slight delays or hampered coverage.
3. On-Site Rules & Portrait Session
The Bride & Groom must be present at the venue on time.
A minimum of 1 hour must be provided exclusively for the Portrait Photography session.
No Guests Allowed: Guests are not allowed during the portrait session with Chief Photographer Saiful Islam and our lead photographers.
Environment: Sound boxes and DJ light setups must be turned off during the portrait session for optimal lighting.
Makeup: Less highlighter and a soft, natural makeover are required for the best photographic results.
Device Policy: We do not use guests’ phones to take photos of them.
Zero Tolerance Policy (Team Safety & Respect): We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any form of misbehavior, verbal abuse, or harassment towards our team members by the client or guests will not be tolerated. Bridal Visuals reserves the right to immediately stop all services and leave the venue without any refund in such situations.
4. Post-Processing & Delivery Time
RAW Files: After the event, clients can collect all unedited (RAW) photos within 5 working days.
Edited Files: Edited photos (based on the package) will be delivered within 30-35 working days for a single event. If the client has more than 1 event, 15 additional days will be added per event.
Timeline Start: The delivery timeline counts from the date the client submits their selected photos for editing.
Peak Season: December, January, February, and March are peak wedding seasons, so deliveries may experience slight delays during these months.
Urgent Delivery: If faster delivery is required, please mention it explicitly in the booking form.
Print Selection: After receiving the final edited files, the client must select photos for printing within 15 days. After 15 days, the print order will be considered canceled, or the client will have to pay extra printing charges.
5. File Delivery, Backup & Re-Editing
Drive Delivery: Files are provided via Drive (free of charge) for the convenience of our customers. After completing the edit, we will notify you via call/message.
Download Limit: You must download the files within 7 days of delivery. Files will be permanently deleted from our drive after the 7th day.
Client Backup: Please use your own PC, laptop, pen drive, hard disk, or personal Google Drive for backup. We will not keep any copy of the files after 7 days of delivery.
Re-Editing Rules: If you do not like the photo or video edit, you can request a re-edit only once. You must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date. (Re-editing may take up to 40-60 working days). After 7 days, files are deleted, making re-editing impossible.
Video Songs: Song selections must be finalized before editing starts. You cannot change the song after the edit is complete.
6. Copyright, Watermarks & Privacy
Watermark Policy: All final soft copies and photographs delivered by Bridal Visuals will feature our official watermark/logo. This rule is applicable across all our photography packages to safeguard our brand identity and copyrights.
Portfolio Use: We may use your photos and videos for our portfolio. If you prefer that we do not share your content, please let us know via the ‘Opt-Out’ section on our booking form.
Refund/Data Loss: If for any reason the files are accidentally corrupted or lost before delivery and cannot be recovered, the amount equivalent to the package purchased will be fully refunded, along with a free pre-wedding or post-wedding shoot (applicable within 3 months of the event).
Product Returns: Since this is a service-based organization, product returns are not accepted.
7. After-Sales Service
We offer a 15% discount on any future bookings to all our previous service recipients.
